# Encoding Decoder

## Purpose
Systematically identify and decode common encodings (e.g., base64, hexadecimal, URL, or rot13) used in CTF challenges.

## Steps
1. **Alphabet Identification**: Determine the character set of the encoding (e.g., `A-Za-z0-9+/=` for base64 or `0-9a-f` for hex).
2. **Decoding Strategy**: Perform the decoding using the appropriate algorithm (e.g., `base64 -d`, `xxd -r`, or custom scripts).
3. **Recursive Decoding**: Check if the resulting output is itself another encoding and repeat the process if necessary.

## Output
- Decoded data.
- List of encodings used.
- Logic-based decoding steps.
