SkilloAI is a community-driven library of AI skills, prompts, and workflows. The Platform allows users to browse, download, and submit AI skill definitions ("Skills") for use with large language models ("LLMs").
SkilloAI does not operate any AI models itself. Skills are text-based assets intended to guide the behavior of third-party LLMs (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).

By submitting a Skill to the Platform, you grant SkilloAI a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your submission for the purpose of operating the Platform.

The SkilloAI name, logo, and Platform design are proprietary to SkilloAI. Individual Skills remain the intellectual property of their respective contributors, subject to the license granted in Section 4.
Skills marked as "Open Source" are available under the MIT License unless otherwise stated by the contributor.
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SkilloAI does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkilloAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to harm caused by acting on AI-generated output derived from Skills on the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, SkilloAI, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
